RETURN OF DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


In our products, it is possible to return packages with leaks, leaks, leaks, deformations that affect the product quality due to cargo and improper transportation conditions, or products with product quality problems, and alternatives such as product replacement and re-sending of the damaged part are offered to completely eliminate the damage and eliminate the damage, so that our customers can experience the same problem again. We produce solutions in the form of taking precautions to prevent them from happening.
In cases where the products are damaged, leaking or leaking, the return of the products will be problematic or impossible. The problematic products will be depicted and new products will be supplied immediately following your notification to our customer services. For products that will be returned, the shipping fee will not be reflected to you and will not put you under a financial burden.

RETURN & WITHDRAWAL

Our return and withdrawal procedure is, You can return our products, give up purchasing them and cancel your orders, depending on your request.

If the cargo has not been sent for the products you have purchased and paid for, you can cancel your product order by informing our customer representatives. You have the right of withdrawal for products that have been shipped and have arrived without any damage or error. You can return the product by notifying our customer service before it is opened or damaged, and the cargo that reaches us through contracted cargo will be received and the payment will be refunded.

Our customers, who have the right of arbitrary return and withdrawal, are obliged to deliver the cargo to our contracted cargo companies and pay the shipping fees in accordance with the return conditions.

For products that have not been delivered to the cargo, your payments will be refunded within 7 days. The products that have been shipped and delivered must be delivered to us within 10 days after we are notified, and the payment for the received products is made within 7 days.

Payments made in cash are refunded in cash, and payments made by credit card are refunded to your credit card. For refunds made to a credit card, even if we, as a company, have made the payment within 7 days at the latest, it may take up to 3 weeks to get back to you due to the procedures of financial institutions regarding card refunds. This is out of our control and is up to financial institutions.
